Welcome all humans.
At Illegal Pete’s we celebrate humanity. We celebrate individuality. We celebrate relationships and connections. And most importantly we celebrate every human’s need for tasty food, stiff drinks and good times. Well, maybe it’s not a need, but it’s certainly a want. Either way, it’s our desire to make each Illegal Pete’s location the kind of place where you can go to celebrate humanity with other humans.

PBR is not just any beer—so you would expect the history to be a bit unusual, and it is. Pabst was originally called "Select," but people started asking for that "Blue Ribbon" beer in 1882 when we started tying silk ribbons to the bottles. We officially added the words "Blue Ribbon" to the bottle in 1895. Today, this classic American brew has been adopted by a whole new generation of PBR drinkers. Currently, PBR is one of the fastest growing domestic beer brands. When you're this good, quality always comes through—PBR ME ASAP!

For the Love of Agave...and a good party.
Dulce Vida® Tequila sources its organic agave from the Highlands of Jalisco near San Ignacio. The soil and geography are very different from the better-known lowland tequila areas, and these particular regions - surrounded mountains - yields more flavorful and larger agave plants. With the organic highland agave as inspiration, Dulce Vida set out to produce the purest example of tequila the way it was meant to be cultivated - uncut, no water added. The result is the decidedly smooth and authentic Dulce Vida tequila. And while Dulce Vida's founders have always understood the importance of purity and taste, they also recognize that - in the embrace of life's pleasures - there is no better foundation upon which to build a good time than a really great tequila. Dulce Vida is based in Austin, TX, and is master distilled in San Ignacio Cerro Gordo, Jalisco.

Bringing cold brew to High Plains.
We start with the highest quality coffee, cold brew it without heat for over 12 hours, then use a double filtration process to procure the end result: a complex, smooth and full-bodied brew with low-acid and a chocolate finish. Feelings of invincibility and euphoria are likely to follow.
