Heather Snow is a Denver Comedian and writer who often uses her day job to get gigs all over the country. She made a running start in the Denver Comedy Scene when she won several "Best of Denver" and "Best of Westword" awards for her show, "Ladies Laugh-In" which featured all lady comics and one token dude. She was picked as one of Denver's Most Eligible for 5280 Magazine. She appeared on "Stand Up in Stilettos" on the TV Guide network and Nuvo TV's "Stand Up and Deliver - Cabo." She's been invited to many festivals, most notably the Cabo Comedy Festival, but bad luck struck and she was unable to attend anything for the last year.

About a year ago, she was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and received a bone marrow transplant from her brother. Just when she was starting to grace stages again, she relapsed and had to receive a second bone marrow transplant from the bone marrow donor registry. High Plains Comedy Festival will be the first time she's been on the stage since her relapse and wow, does she have a lot to say.

She has most recently been focusing not only getting herself back on her feet but how to make things easier for young adults diagnosed with cancer. Helping from her hospital bed, she can be seen representing the Dear Jack Foundation through coming up with new ideas for care gifts, and educating through her blog at sixfeetofsnow.com. While she doesn't want cancer to define her, she sarcastically talks about her life, and well, right now, her life is cancer...and a lot of laughs with nurses.
